Fulco Fulfillment Inc. (FFI) in Dover, NJ is hiring a Client Services Coordinator. This individual will be a crucial team member that plays an important role on our Customer Service team and in an IT Support role. FFI is a warehouse and fulfillment company with a customer-first culture. Service is what we sell which is why the Client Services Coordinator becomes an extension of our customer’s business.

This individual will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations and IT Support Manager. The Client Services Coordinator works to provide daily support of their assigned customers and is knowledgeable of many aspects of FFI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily orders and print in timely manner
  • Understands and appropriately uses FFI’s Order Management System (OMS) which is our web-based fulfillment program, it’s features and capabilities
  • Enter receipts of inventory into Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Assist client with special requests and maximize a positive customer experience
  • Coordinate inventory adjustments, update shipment progress and resolve issues
  • Monitor inventory levels and monitor back-order situations
  • Organizes workflow to meet customer deadlines
  • Pick, pack and ship orders if required
  • Handle returns
  • Learn warehouse and distribution operations
  • Produce assembly manifests for kitting projects
  • Enter time accurately into intranet program and capture billable tasks
  • Freight estimates and coordinate LTL pick-ups
  • Create accurate shipping documentation
  • Windows workstation updates and troubleshoot employee workstations

Education/ Training

An Associates degree is desirable, but not mandatory. Relevant customer service or experience in a logistics organization preferred.

Must haves

  • Customer service skills, comfortable interacting with customers
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience with working knowledge of Word and excel for sorting & filtering
  • Strong desire to serve the customer and WOW them
  • Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy

Likes

  • Background in fulfillment, marketing, direct mail, warehousing, shipping, logistics and or supply chain experience
  • Familiar with Veracore software and/or FedEx/UPS shipping stations
  • API integration experience
  • Networks, printer installation and operations systems knowledge

Hours: 8:00 to 4:30 full time
