Fulco Fulfillment Inc. is delighted to announce the promotion of Anthony Marcello to Director of Operations.
Over the past year, Anthony has achieved great things as FFI’s Quality Assurance Supervisor. He contributed to streamlining the warehouse’s efficiencies and continuing to organize operations. Anthony utilized his excellent record of customer relations, has taken on additional responsibility, and worked extra hours and weekends to meet deadlines. Now he will bring his knowledge and experience to directing our fulfillment operations.
With the retirement of Warren Hawthorne, and his many years of fulfillment experience, the role opened up and Anthony has been preparing to step up as Director of Operations. This position will allow him to use his strengths to plan and monitor day-to-day running of the business and work closely with Tony and Jennifer to meet company objectives. Anthony will not only develop long term operations strategies but supervise employees, interact with transportation and logistics service providers, and communicate with customers.
Anthony’s management will ensure FFI continues to be productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.
