Dover, NJ – January 1, 2022 – Fulco Fulfillment Inc. (FFI) is pleased to announce and welcome Erik Mathiesen as a new technical support specialist on FFI’s customer success team. Mathiesen started in October 2021 and has already made positive contributions to elevate our clients’ experience and level of service. His all-around good nature, dedication and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed are key strengths he brings to our team. Erik says for himself that he’s enthusiastic to assist in bringing FFI to new heights.

Erik Mathiesen is responsible for providing ongoing support for FFI’s Order Management System’s users. He supports clients with their day-to-day inventory and order requests in a thorough and timely manner. His specialties include basic troubleshooting and network support, monitoring and configuring workstation updates, backups, and anti-virus solutions. This role allows him to not only assist in-house FFI staff with their daily technology needs, but to also recommend potential technology improvements.
Mathiesen came from NYC’s fast paced hospitality industry, experienced in client relations at the city’s first luxury assisted living community center. Erik graduated from Syracuse University School of Information Studies with a degree in Information Management and Technology.
